以团头鲂鱼种为对象,设计了10种不同营养水平的饲料,用以诱发团头鲂脂肪肝的产生并研究其防治方法。通过对团头鲂生化指标测定和肝组织学观察,发现在低蛋白、高碳水化合物组,缺乏胆碱时团头鲂产生较严重肝细胞脂肪浸润现象。每千克饲料添加1000毫克胆碱,可防止脂肪肝出现。高油脂细不添加胆碱亦出现肝脂肪浸润。缺乏无机磷也诱发了肝组织异常。高动物蛋白、低碳水化合物饲料,未添加胆碱,脂肪肝现象严重。而以高植物蛋白、低碳水化合物饲料饲养团头鲂,即使不添加胆碱,亦不会产生脂肪肝。此外,本文对团头鲂脂肪肝的形成及防治途径亦提出了讨论。
To bream fish species as the object, designed 10 kinds of different nutrient levels of feed, used to induce blubber fatty liver and its prevention and treatment methods. Through the determination of biochemical indicators and the observation of liver histology, it was found that in low protein, high carbohydrate group, the lack of choline bile produce more severe liver cell fat infiltration. Add 1000 mg of choline per kg of feed to prevent fatty liver from appearing. High fat fine does not add choline also appears hepatic fat infiltration. Lack of inorganic phosphorus also induced liver tissue abnormalities. High animal protein, low carbohydrate feed, did not add choline, fatty liver is serious. And high plant protein, low-carbohydrate feed bream, even without adding choline, it will not produce fatty liver. In addition, this article also discussed the formation of fatty liver and its prevention and cure ways.
