目的:探究院内宣教与院后随访对糖尿病患者治疗依从性的效果。方法:以浙江省金华市第二医院进行医治的150例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施院内宣教及院后随访。比较分析两组患者治疗依从性。结果:观察组患者出院时治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。且出院3个月后,治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:院内宣教及院后随访对糖尿病患者治疗依从性具有十分显著效果,能够在很大程度上提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective: To explore the effect of hospital mission and post-hospital follow-up on treatment compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 150 diabetic patients were treated in the Second Hospital of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were followed up on the basis of routine nursing and hospitalization. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients compliance. Results: The treatment compliance of patients in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). And 3 months after discharge, the treatment compliance was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hospital mission and hospital follow-up have a very significant effect on the treatment compliance of diabetic patients, which can greatly improve the patient’s treatment compliance.
