基于法理学(二)课程特点、课程目的以及教学内容等因素的考虑,认为在法理学(二)课堂教学中应用合作性学习的教学模式有助于提高学生对法理学学习的积极性、主动性;有助于培养学生的合作能力、树立团队合作精神;有助于训练学生的法律思维能力和培养学生的社会实践能力等。通过合作性学习在法理学(二)课堂教学中的实践可表明合作性学习在法理学(二)课堂教学中的效果是显著的。
Based on the characteristics of Jurisprudence (II) course, the purpose of the course as well as the teaching content and other factors, it is considered that applying the teaching mode of cooperative learning in Jurisprudence (II) classroom teaching can help improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative in Jurisprudence study ; Help to develop students’ ability to cooperate, establish team spirit; help to train students’ ability of legal thinking and cultivate students’ social practice ability. The practice of cooperative learning in Jurisprudence (II) classroom teaching shows that the effect of cooperative learning in Jurisprudence (II) classroom teaching is significant.
