On October 10， the official web- site of the circ was updated to show that Lin Guoyao， party secretary of Longyan city， Fujian province， was appointed the party committee member of the circ. From the party secretary to the discipline inspection team leader， from the local to the central， Lin Guoyao’s promotion is a splendid turn.
Lin guoyao， born in 1966， Fujian Xianyou. He joined the communist party of China in September 1990 and took part in the work in July 1986. After graduating from university in 1986， he began to serve in Fujian province as a member of the family planning commission of Xiamen. On the afternoon of July 29， 2010， the twentythird session of the standing committee of the thirteenth people’s congress of Xiamen city was adopted by a vote and decided to appoint Lin Guoyao as vice mayor of Xiamen. He became the youngest member of the government leading group in Xiamen and was the only one “60 years later”. According to the public information， Lin was responsible for the municipal government’s standing work during the period of his standing as deputy mayor of Xiamen， and presided over the work of the municipal government when the mayor was out.
