川北医学院附院针对新时期党建工作新特点,自1992年起对党员实行以“政治思想好、执行党的基本路线好、遵纪守法好、廉洁奉公医德好、文明服务态度好、完成本职工作好、模范带头作用好、联系群众团结好、参加组织生活好、按时缴纳党费好”为主要内容的“十好”目标管理。以此作为规范党员言行、检查党员工作、评议党员优劣的依据和标准,结合每年的民主评议党员工作,对照“十好”目标逐项考评,激励了党员奋发进取,争先创优,在各个岗位上发挥模范带头作用,两年多来,全院176名党员中有5人获各级优秀教学成果奖,5人获南充市92—93年度科技进步二等奖、14人获三等奖,32人次被学
