遵照毛主席关于“要认真总结经验”的教导,在浙江省基建局、原国家建委五局等兄弟单位大力支持与配合下,我们对预应力混凝土构件的几个主要构造问题进行了调查研究,并收集了兄弟单位的试验资料,做了一些必要的补充试验。这里将先张法构件端部构造问题作一简单介绍。先张法构件当放松预应力筋阶段,有时端部会产生两类裂纹,一类沿预应力筋周围;另一类则位于中和轴附近。故在构件端部须采取一定的构造措施,以防止裂缝的出现。
In accordance with Chairman Mao’s guidance on “Summarizing Experiences Seriously”, with the strong support and cooperation of the Zhejiang Infrastructure Construction Bureau and the former State Construction Commission’s five bureaus, we conducted investigations and studies on several major structural problems of prestressed concrete structures. And collected the test data of the fraternal unit and made some necessary supplementary tests. Here is a brief introduction to the problem of the end structure of the pre-tensioned member. Pre-tensioned members When relaxing the pre-stressed tendons, there are sometimes two types of cracks at the ends, one along the pre-stressed tendons and the other near the neutral axis. Therefore, certain structural measures must be taken at the ends of the components to prevent the appearance of cracks.
