目的:观察复方红景天冲剂对高粘滞血瘀大鼠血液粘度的影响。方法:分别灌胃(ig)复方红景天冲剂、贞芪扶正冲剂,qd,连续10 d。而正常对照组和模型组ig等容量0.9%氯化钠溶液(NS)。末次给药1 h后,除正常对照组,其他组均腹胜注射(ih)0.1%盐酸肾上腺素(Ad)1 ml·kg~(-1),每日早晚各1次,连续5 d形成高粘滞血瘀大鼠模型。第6日再次ih Ad l ml·kg~(-1)1次,15 min后大鼠断头取血,用血液粘度计测定高切速(192 s~(-1))和低切速(19.2 s~(-1))的全血粘度和血清粘度。结果:复方红景天冲剂可明显减轻Ad所致高粘滞血瘀大鼠全血和血清粘度。结论:复方红景天冲剂对高粘滞血瘀有预防性治疗效果及活血作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound Rhodiola granules on blood viscosity of hyperviscosity blood stasis rats. Methods: The rats were intragastrically administered (ig) with compound Rhodiola granules and Zhenqi Fuzheng granules for qd for 10 days. The normal control group and model group ig equal volume 0.9% sodium chloride solution (NS). One hour after the last administration, except for the normal control group, the other groups were all injected with (ih) 0.1% epinephrine (Ad) 1 ml·kg -1 , once daily morning and evening, for 5 days. High viscosity blood stasis rat model. On the 6th day, ih Ad l ml·kg -1 was performed again. After 15 minutes, the rats were bled and blood was taken. The high shear rate (192 s -1) and low shear velocity were measured with a blood viscometer ( 19.2 s~(-1)) Whole blood viscosity and serum viscosity. RESULTS: Compound Rhodiola granules could significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood and serum of Ad-induced hyperviscosity blood stasis rats. Conclusion: Compound Rhodiola granules has preventive therapeutic effect and blood circulation effect on hyperviscosity blood stasis.
