顺应现代一流企业经营管理的大趋势,我公司近年来推行了专业化体制机制改革,对企业资源实现了全方位的优化整合,使企业的硬实力在一定程度上有所增强,专业化优势初步显现。但是,应当看到,由于包括企业文化建设在内的企业软实力的相对滞后,掣肘了公司专业化工作的持续推进,专业生产厂企业文化建设显得尤为紧迫。
