孙越崎是一位跨世纪的成就卓著的爱国实业家,是中国现代煤炭工业与石油工业的一代宗师,为我国现代当代工矿业的泰斗,受到过毛泽东、周恩来、江泽民同志的高度称赞。20世纪40年代应邀参与国民政府与苏联政府合办中国新疆独山子油矿的谈判,代表国民政府接办独山子油矿,为新疆石油工业的发展建立了历史性功勋。
Sun Yueqi, a remarkable successor of the cross-century patriotic industrialist, is a master of the modern coal industry and oil industry in China. He is the master of modern and contemporary mines in China and has been highly praised by comrades Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Jiang Zemin. In the 1940s, he was invited to take part in the negotiations between the National Government and the Soviet government to jointly organize the Dushanzi oil field in China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and take over the Dushanzi oil field on behalf of the National Government. It established a historic feat for the development of the petroleum industry in Xinjiang.
