原始凭证是会计工作中重要的资料,做好原始凭证的装订工作是做好会计基础工作和重要档案管理的前提,所以财务人员都应该重视原始凭证的装订。同时,会计凭证装订美观度对档案的保存及查阅都具有一定的影响。本文主要通过分析当今企业会计凭证装订的美观度的问题,提出一种会计凭证新式的方法,使会计凭证更加美观,有利于长久完整保存。
The original voucher is an important piece of information in the accounting work. Making the binding of the original voucher is a prerequisite for the basic accounting work and important file management. Therefore, the financial officers should attach importance to the binding of the original voucher. At the same time, the beautifulness of accounting documents binding has a certain impact on the preservation and inspection of archives. In this paper, we mainly propose a new method of accounting voucher by analyzing the beauty of today’s enterprise vouchers, so as to make the accounting vouchers more beautiful and conducive to long-term integrity preservation.
