介绍了以栅宽0.4mm 器件为基础的8mm 单级单片 IC 的设计、制造及性能测试等。该单片在32～33GHz,输出功率大于100mw,增益大于3dB,最大输出功率达150mW。
The design, manufacture and performance testing of 8mm single-stage monolithic IC based on 0.4mm gate width are introduced. The single in 32 ~ 33GHz, the output power is greater than 100mw, the gain is greater than 3dB, the maximum output power of 150mW.
