目的:研究氟康唑滴眼液(fluconazoleeyedrops,FCZED)对兔眼实验性烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡的治疗作用。方法:测定FCZED对烟曲霉菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。取105cfu·ml-1烟曲霉菌悬液20μl,接种于兔眼角膜实质层,24h后随机分为4组,2,5g·L-1FCZED;氟康唑静脉注射(FCZiv);生理氯化钠溶液对照,同时进行治疗。治疗结束,每组取4眼角膜,按霉菌总数平板测定法,计测菌落数。结果:FCZED对烟曲霉菌的MIC值为0.125~0.25g·L-1。5g·L-1FCZED治疗烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡与对照相比有显著疗效(P<0.01)。霉菌培养结果,5g·L-1FCZED与对照组相比霉菌计数明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:5g·L-1FCZED治疗实验性烟曲霉菌角膜溃疡有效。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of fluconazoleeyroprops (FCZED) on experimental Aspergillus fumigatus corneal ulcer in rabbit eyes. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of FCZED against Aspergillus fumigatus was determined. Twenty microliters of 105cfu ml-1 Aspergillus fumigatus suspension were inoculated into the cornea of rabbit cornea and were randomly divided into 4 groups (2,5 gL-1 FCZED), intravenous injection of fluconazole (FCZiv), physiological sodium chloride Solution control, at the same time for treatment. At the end of treatment, 4 corneas were taken in each group, and the number of colonies was counted according to the total number of molds. Results: The MIC of FCZED against Aspergillus fumigatus was 0.125-0.25g · L-1.5g · L-1FCZED. The treatment of Aspergillus fumigatus corneal ulcer had a significant effect (P <0.01) compared with the control. Mold culture results, 5g · L-1FCZED compared with the control group mold count was significantly reduced (P <0.01).
