[目的]观察中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]对60例痰瘀互结型心绞痛患者分为两组,A组治疗组进行化痰祛瘀中药汤剂和常规的西医治疗,B组对照组进行常规的西医治疗,于4周后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型心绞痛疗效较好。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating phlegm and blood stasis-associated angina pectoris. [Method] 60 cases of patients with phlegm and blood stasis and angina pectoris were divided into two groups. The patients in group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for treating phlegm and blood stasis. The patients in group B were treated with routine western medicine. After 4 weeks Observe the effect. [Results] The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of phlegm and blood stasis associated angina better effect.
