一、概述皮带机溜槽是利用骨料自重作用的输料工具,用来引导骨料的流向,在一定高差的两条皮带机接头上,使用溜槽还可以减少骨料因落差而产生的破碎。根据丹江口砂石系统皮带机输料方式,溜槽可分为单叉和双叉两种;按断面可分为矩形和扭曲面形两种(见图1、2)。矩形断面溜槽有加工简单的优点,扭曲面溜槽能使骨料缓降,减少骨料冲击破碎。设计时往往根据各种溜槽的长处和工艺布置的特点来选择溜槽的型式。
