随着我国对外贸易的发展和外商投资企业的增加,进口设备的数量也不断增加。其中大部分设备能顺利地进入安装使用状态,但由于进口设备环节多、过程复杂,也有不少设备在某个环节出现问题,影响了设备的正常使用。为避免和减少进口方的经济损失,进口设备的商检工作应受到高度重视,下面的实例可以说明这个问题。
With the development of China’s foreign trade and the increase of foreign-invested enterprises, the number of imported equipment has also increased. Most of these devices can be successfully installed and used, but due to the many links and complicated processes of imported devices, there are also many devices that have problems at some point, which affects the normal use of the devices. In order to avoid and reduce the economic losses of importers, the inspection of imported equipment should be highly regarded. The following examples can illustrate this problem.
