伴随着1999年以来高校扩招,我国普通高校招生规模从1998年的108万人扩大到2015年的700万人。扩大招生在为国民经济部门提供更多高技能人才的同时,近年来也出现了大学生毕业即失业的问题。虽然党和政府高度重视大学生的就业问题,但是,具体的问题解决还需要依靠社会、政府、高校、用人单位、社区等多方面采取灵活的措施,给予相应的优惠政策进行扶持,其中,大学生创业是一个有效的措施。本文就此对大学生创业扶持政策进行了分析。
