编辑部:贵刊于1986年第2期刊登上海市结核病防治中心防治所等单位《痊愈后复发肺结核的回顾性分析》,读后对该文有疑问,特提出与作者商榷。一、文中有自相矛盾之处,文中提到痊愈的标准为“菌阳或菌阴 X 线活动性病例经全程化疗后,观察二年无恶化者为痊愈”,但在讨论中却又提到“复发病例……不满疗程及不规则服药率高达71.2％”,由此使读者产生文中所列举的“痊愈”后复发病例中是否真正达到了痊愈标准。二、如果按该文中的思维来推理,复发病例占新登记病例11—12％。而这些病例确实又达到了痊愈标准,
