中国人民解放军第273医院,位于塔克拉玛干大沙漠东部边缘的孔雀河畔。始建于1945年,曾参加过举世瞩目的辽沈、平津战役,1960年进驻新疆,参加了新疆原子弹试验基地的建设和中印自卫反击作战。历经半个世纪的艰苦创业,医院有了长足的发展,现已建设发展成力设备先进、技术优良、功能齐全的军队二级甲等医院。 半个世纪以来,每一届医院党委领导班子都坚持以艰苦创业、自力更生、追求进取、不断攀登的来实精神;以爱院、建院、发展医院为己任;以高技术、高质量、高效益为宗旨;坚持把弘扬主人翁精神当作医院建设的重点,不断增强医院领导班子的凝聚力,使医院的综合实力逐渐增强。改革开放后,医院大胆试行了以医疗、政工、行管、后勤保障为一体的“四位一体”目标管理方案,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。
Chinese People’s Liberation Army No. 273 Hospital, located in the Taklimakan Desert east edge of the Peacock River. Founded in 1945, it participated in the world-famous Liaoshen and Pingjin campaigns and stationed in Xinjiang in 1960. It participated in the construction of the Xinjiang atomic bomb test base and the self-defense counter-attack of China and India. After half a century of arduous pioneering, the hospital has made great strides, and now it has built a Class A First-Class Hospital with advanced equipment, excellent technology and complete functions. For half a century, the leaders of Party committees in every hospital adhere to the pragmatic spirit of hard work, self-reliance, pursuit of progress and constant climbing; take the responsibility of building a hospital, building a hospital and developing a hospital; taking high technology, high quality, high Benefit for the purpose; adhere to the promotion of ownership as the focus of hospital construction, and continuously enhance the cohesion of the hospital leadership, the hospital’s overall strength gradually increased.
