毛萍铅锌矿深部岩体比较破碎,严重影响井下矿床开采及支护工作顺利进行,因此选择适宜的支护方式、布置参数至关重要。在分析比较锚杆、锚索支护作用机理、应用范围及加固效果的基础上,选取长锚索预锚固技术加固采场顶板,开采时用管缝式锚杆或木柱临时支护;并采用高强度树脂锚杆加固巷道工程,保证了不稳固岩体巷道断面的基本稳定,实现了矿体破碎条件下的安全开采。

On the basis of analyzing and comparing the action mechanism, application scope and reinforcement effect of anchor rod and anchor cable support, the long anchor cable pre-anchoring technology is selected to reinforce the roof of the stope; The use of high strength resin bolt to reinforce the roadway project ensures the basic stability of the roadway section of unsteady rock mass and realizes safe mining under the condition of ore body crushing.
