目的探讨凋亡抑制基因Survivin在子宫腺肌病的表达及其与Bcl-2、Bax的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测46例子宫腺肌病异位及在位内膜组织中Survivin、Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达,并与正常在位子宫内膜组织30例进行对照。结果子宫腺肌病异位内膜组织中Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为69.57%,明显高于正常在位内膜组织的表达率6.67%(P<0.05),并且异位内膜组织中Survivin蛋白表达与月经周期无相关性(P<0.05);Survivin蛋白表达与Bcl-2蛋白呈正相关(P<0.01),而与Bax蛋白呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论Survivin可通过抑制异位内膜细胞凋亡,对子宫腺肌病的发生、发展起作用;Survivin与Bcl-2、Bax在子宫腺肌病的发生、发展中分别起协同和拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis, in adenomyosis and its relationship with Bcl-2 and Bax. Methods The expressions of Survivin, Bcl-2 and Bax protein in ectopic and eutopic endometrial tissues of 46 cases of adenomyosis were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method and compared with the normal eutopic endometrium in 30 cases. Results The positive rate of Survivin protein in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis was 69.57%, which was significantly higher than that in normal eutopic endometrium (6.67%, P <0.05), and the expression of Survivin protein in ectopic endometrium (P <0.05). Survivin protein expression was positively correlated with Bcl-2 protein (P <0.01), but negatively correlated with Bax protein (P <0.01). Conclusion Survivin may play a role in the development of adenomyosis by inhibiting the apoptosis of ectopic endometrial cells. Survivin and Bcl-2, Bax play a synergistic and antagonistic role in the development and progression of adenomyosis.
