全省亲爱的同志们!朋友们!今天是1956年元旦,请允许我代表中国共产党山西省委员会向你们祝贺新年!已经过去的1955年给我们每个人留下了极为深刻的印象。这一年在我省和全国其他各地一样,是国家过渡时期总任务获得巨大成就的一年,是社会主义改造事定获得飞跃进展的一年。特别是在农村中,社会主义群众运动的规模和速度,都远远地超过了我们原来的设想和规划。现在,全省加入农业生产合作社的农户已经达到二百八十二万多户,占全省农户总数的百分之八十六。目前各地还有少数的贫农和下中农仍在积极地要求入社。预计在今年春耕开始前,全省入社户数可能达到农户总数的百分之九十。同时全省将在半社会主义合作化的基础上建立起三千八百多个完全社会主义的高级社。加
Dear comrades and friends of the province! Today is New Year’s Day 1956. May I, on behalf of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, allow me to congratulate you on the New Year! The past 1955 has left a profound impression on us all. This year, like other places in our country and other parts of the country, the year witnessed a tremendous accomplishment in the overall tasks of the transitional period for the country and a year of leaps and bounds in the socialist transformation. Especially in rural areas, the scale and speed of the socialist mass movement are far beyond our original ideas and plans. At present, over 18.2 million households have joined the agricultural cooperatives in the province, accounting for 86% of the total number of farmers in the province. At present, there are still a few poor peasants and middle peasants still actively seeking to join the community. It is estimated that before the start of spring planting this year, the number of households entering the province may reach 90% of the total number of farmers. At the same time, the province will establish more than 3,800 fully-advanced socialist high-level clubs on the basis of semi-socialist cooperation. plus
