我们研制的低惯量快速电动活套装置,具有惯量低、结构简单、维修方便、设计合理等特点。各种计算数据都经过了周密的计算,有充分的理论根据。减速机速比为14.07,加速时间为0.102s,西德为鞍钢半连轧设计的分别为7.09和0.216s。实践证明,采用我们研制的活套装置,带钢宽度公差为10mm(原50~10mm),由于公差减小产量提高,可增产3~5%。本文论述了鞍钢半连轧厂精轧机组活套装置减速机速比改回14.07的理论根据。
We developed a low inertia fast electric looper device, with low inertia, simple structure, easy maintenance, reasonable design and so on. A variety of calculations have been carefully calculated, with full theoretical basis. Reducer speed ratio of 14.07, acceleration time of 0.102s, West Germany for the Ansteel semi-continuous rolling design were 7.09 and 0.216s. Practice has proved that the use of our developed looper device, strip width tolerance of 10mm (original 50 ~ 10mm), due to reduced tolerance to increase production, can increase 3 to 5%. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the speed reducer speed ratio change back to 14.07 in the finishing unit of the finishing mill of Ansteel semi-continuous rolling mill.
