TBL联合PBL教学法在医学检验技术论文带教过程中的应用价值

目的:探讨以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)联合以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在医学检验论文带教过程中的应用价值。方法:收集2018年6月1日至2019年5月30日在广州医科大学附属第一医院和广州中医药大学第二附属医院检验科实习的广州医科大学、广州中医药大学和广东医科大学医学检验技术专业本科实习生31人,其中男12人,女19人,年龄(24.1±0.6)岁。随机数字表法分为两组,试验组16人,采用TBL联合PBL带教方式;对照组15人,采用传统带教方式。学生毕业论文答辩邀请检验医学专家作为学生答辩评委,以专家评议结果作为试验组和对照组的效果评价。结果:试验组论文优秀率达81.3%(13/16),对照组论文优秀率53.3%(8/15),试验组高于对照组。结论:TBL联合PBL毕业论文的带教方式,既能提高学生学习积极性,培养临床分析思维能力及团队协作能力,同时也促进教师提高自身素质和教学水平,此种带教方式值得推广。
