本文以大数据为研究视角,以国家提出的“一带一路”倡议为契机,通过系统搜集整理中国与西亚北非地区的贸易投资数据,在对权威数据广泛挖掘和分析的基础上,以西亚北非地区实际情况为依托,以该地区复杂的政治格局、民族宗教等问题为考量,对其影响人才需求的各因子进行综合分析,在数据和事实的基础上对这一地区人才需求及行业分布进行可视化的呈现,并以此为基础提炼出多国家、多校园、多证书的人才培养模式,为“一带一路”倡议下西亚北非国家的人才培养提供切实可行的建议。
