对某型号轨道车车架所受外力进行了分析,建立了该车架离散为板梁组合结构的有限元模型。应用GTSTRUDL大型通用结构分析程序计算出车架的应力和位移场分布,从强度和刚度观点对车架的性能进行了分析讨论,为进一步改进设计提供了理论依据。
The external forces on a certain type of railway car frame are analyzed, and the finite element model of the frame structure is established. The general structure analysis program of GTSTRUDL was used to calculate the stress and displacement field distribution of the frame. The performance of the frame was analyzed and discussed from the viewpoints of strength and rigidity, which provided a theoretical basis for further design improvement.
