纪检监察工作与人民群众密切相关,既需要紧紧依靠人民群众,加大反腐败的震慑力和有效性,又必须积极回应社会关切,切实解决人民群众身边的腐败问题。党的十八大报告指出,反对腐败,建设廉洁政治,是我们党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场,是人民关注的重大政治问题。要实现建设廉洁政治的目标,需要党员干部特别是领导干部深入基层,在察民情、顺民意、用民力上下功夫,切切实实解决群众实际问题。建设廉洁政治是一项系统工程,必须放在社会政治文明大局中筹划,在经济社会发展全局中体现,在党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中落实。如何找准切入口,如何把握落脚点,都要从学习贯彻党的十八大精神中来。在党的十八大报告中,“人民”出现145次、“群众”出现38次,彰显了党的以人为本理念、宗旨意识和为民情怀。习近平总书记在新一届政治局常委与中外记者见面会
Discipline inspection and supervision are closely related to the masses of the people. We must rely not only on the masses but also on the deterrent forces and effectiveness of anti-corruption. We must also actively respond to the social concerns and effectively solve the corruption problem around the masses. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress pointed out: Opposing corruption and building a clean and honest government are the distinct political stances our party has consistently adhered to and are the major political issues that the people are concerned about. To achieve the goal of building a clean and honest politics, party members and cadres, especially leading cadres, need to go deep into the grassroots level and make efforts to observe the conditions of the people, follow the people’s wishes and use their power to solve the actual problems of the people in an earnest manner. Building a clean government is a systematic project. It must be planned in the overall social and political civilizations, reflected in the overall economic and social development, and implemented in the work of building a clean government and fighting corruption. How to find out exactly what to do and how to grasp the ultimate goal must come from studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress.
