职业学校为解决毕业生就业问题,必须抓思想观念的转变,改变指导方式、提高指导教师专业素质,还应该把就业教育贯穿整个职业教育的过程,从而增强指导实效。
In order to solve the employment problem of graduates, vocational schools must grasp the change of their ideas and concepts, change their guiding methods and improve the professional qualities of their instructors. They should also carry out the employment education throughout the entire process of vocational education so as to enhance their guiding effectiveness.
