《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要》对我国高技能人才队伍的培养提出了明确的发展目标。而社会公众对高等职业教育理念认识如何,对完成这一光荣而艰巨的任务至关重要。本文在分析当前我国公众对高等职业教育认识现状的基础上,提出了如何重塑职业教育的新理念,以满足经济发展快速转型期,社会对应用型人才的需求,为培养创新型高技术人才提供保障的具体意见与建议。
