本文总结大兴县七个农业乡1985年因呼吸系症状就诊者发现肺结核的情况,分析有症就诊者的活动性肺结核及菌阳病例的检出率:与普查的比较以及经济效益等问题。从以上七个农业乡卫生院工作情况看,发现工作还有待提高。因此,采取有效措施,充分发挥基层(初级)卫生保健组织在结核病例发现工作中的作用,应是我们需要探索解决的问题。
This article summarizes the detection of tuberculosis in seven agricultural townships in Daxing County in 1985 due to respiratory symptoms, and analyzes the detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis and bacillary positive cases in symptomatic patients: comparison with census and economic benefits. From the above seven agricultural township hospitals work situation, found that work still needs to be improved. Therefore, taking effective measures to give full play to the role of grassroots (primary) health care organizations in discovering TB cases should be an issue we need to explore and solve.
