牙周病患牙17只。随机分为5组。第1组作闭合性刮治,第2组作体外根面刮治,第3组为刮治后3%双氧水处理,第4组为刮治后pH1枸橡酸处理,第5组为病变对照。全部标本作扫描电镜观察。结果表明:机械刮治后根面较平整光滑;闭合性刮治的标本根面有纤维蛋白粘附;所有未经酸处理的牙均有根面污染层;pH1枸椽酸处理后的根面很少有污染层,除见有残余牙骨质外,基质胶元纤维明显暴露。
