在新课程改革的推动下,对中小学教师提出了更高的要求,同时也给中小学教师的继续教育提出了新的课题。尤其是农村中小学教师的继续教育,一直是个难题。面对新一轮的教育改革,有效提高农村中小学教师的素质是势在必行的。而目前,农村中小学教师的继续教育过程中存在着很多的制约因素。本文建议从加强研究、多渠道争取经费、完善校本培训、调动教师的积极性等方面来提高农村中小学教师的继续教育质量,从而最终达到提高教师素质的目的。
Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform, higher demands are placed on teachers in primary and secondary schools, and new problems are also raised for the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers. In particular, continuing education of rural primary and secondary school teachers has always been a problem. In the face of the new round of education reform, it is imperative to effectively improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. At present, there are many restrictive factors in the continuous education of rural primary and secondary school teachers. This paper proposes to improve the quality of continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teachers finally from the aspects of strengthening research, obtaining funding through multiple channels, improving school-based training, and arousing the enthusiasm of teachers.
