办学术刊物不容易。盈利是不敢奢望的,一期几千份,成本大于收益,保本也难。如今是“天下熙熙皆为利来”,亏本的买卖还能做得理直气壮么?恐怕不能只算经济帐。文化的沉淀,学术的积累,理论的发展,焉能仅用孔方兄来丈量。能发财固然好,不能发财或原本就与孔方兄无缘,也不必过份气短。思去想来,我们这些专为他人做嫁衣的编辑匠也就问心无愧了。 但问心无愧并不等于固步自封、安于现状,作一天和尚撞一天钟;更不能顾影自怜,自我感觉良好。我国的改革正在深化,社会主义市场经济正在构建之中。学术刊物理应反映这些变化,适应这些变化,促进这些变化。
