双壁管气举反循环钻探技术是一种先进的钻探工艺。用这种方法钻大直径井时,因冲洗液上返速度高,携带岩屑能力强,井底清洁,直径小于内管内径的岩心或岩样,无需重复破碎。因此,这种钻进方法具有钻速快、钻头寿命长、成本低、成井质量高等优点。山西省地矿局最近采用勘探所设计、上海探矿机械厂生产的SHB127/87双壁钻杆打成一口井深505.3m的供水井。
Double-wall gas lift reverse circulation drilling technology is an advanced drilling technology. When drilling large diameter wells in this way, there is no need for repeated crushing due to the high rate of backwashing of the flushing fluid, the ability to carry cuttings, the clean bottom of the well, and the core or rock sample whose diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner pipe. Therefore, this drilling method has the advantages of fast drilling speed, long drill bit life, low cost and high completion quality. Shanxi Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources recently designed by exploration, Shanghai Prospecting Machinery Factory production of SHB127 / 87 double-wall drill pipe into a well depth of 505.3m water supply wells.
