医疗质量是医院的生命线,已被越来越多的医院管理者和卫生工作人员所重视。尤其是近年来,在我国医院传统的医疗质量管理的基础上,大胆引进现代科学管理的理论和方法,使我国医院科学管理大大向前推进了一步,并取得了一定成绩。 一、医疗质量管理在医疗管理中的地位和作用 医院工作的核心是医疗服务质量问题,医院要以此为中心,不断地完善自己。必须克服影响医疗质量的各种不利因素。不断提高医疗质量,以满足群众的优质医疗服务需要。医疗质量是衡量医院技术水平、服务水平和科学管理水平的重要标志,直接反映出医院的整体。 二、医疗质量管理的现状和问题 当前,各地开展医疗质量管理发展很不平衡,开展质量管理
