当今大学毕业生就业难早已成为一个残酷的事实,对不少学生而言,花费父母好几万元的求学成本,最终却找不到合适的工作而失业,这个打击无疑是非常致命的。特别是大学中差毕业生求职时,又面临很大的劣势。大部分中差学生在校学习要么因为学习不用功,要么因为基础差,总之,他们有一个共同的特点:那就是他们的知识水平相对欠缺,不但课本知识掌握得不很扎实,就是各种证书也相对逊色,甚至不少学生连大学4级证书也不能考取。这些学生如何有效求职?笔者提出几点策略供参考。
