财务管理处于铁路企业管理的中心地位,可以协调企业各方面经济关系,财务管理是进行生产经营活动的一项经济管理工作。它涉及融资、投资、资产、成本、利润分配、预测、控制、决策、检查、评估等一系列的工作,是一个综合性的管理活动。做好财务管理十分必要,下文从财务管理工作存在的问题和铁路企业财务管理完善措施两方面进行了分析。
