1病例报告患儿男,2岁2个月,主因多饮、多尿2个月,加重2周伴双眼睑水肿3d,于2007年8月3日入院。2007年6月患儿无明显诱因出现口渴、多饮、多尿,日饮水量约1.5L,家长以天热、患儿活动量大,未引起注意。入院前2周上述症状较明显,日进饮量增加约1倍,每天排尿次数约20次,每次约排150ml,日尿量达3000ml左右,尿色清亮,夜尿无明显变化,无尿床。入院前3d晨起后出现双眼睑水肿,饮食差,
