猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)被认为是影响集约化养猪最严重的疾病之一,给全世界生猪养殖带来巨大的经济损失。控制猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病的关键就是控制该病的传播。猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病的控制包括疾病监测、快速诊断、生物安全、合理的免疫程序等一系列综合措施。尽管目前已经报道了大量关于猪蓝耳病病毒流行病学的研究成果,但关于该病感染传播相关的综述报道相对较少。本文综述了猪场间、猪个体间PRRSV传播机制的研究进展,同时探讨了病毒的传播对疫苗接种的影响。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is considered to be one of the most serious diseases that affect intensive pig farming, causing huge economic losses to pig production worldwide. The key to controlling PRRS is to control the spread of the disease. The control of PRRS is comprised of a series of integrated measures such as disease surveillance, rapid diagnosis, biosecurity and sound immunization programs. Although a large number of studies on the epidemiology of PRRSV have been reported at present, there are relatively few reviews on the spread of infection in this disease. This article reviews the research progress of PRRSV transmission mechanism between pig farms and pigs, and explores the impact of virus transmission on vaccination.
