患者男性,50岁,住院号8910。1981年11月3日入院。主诉四肢关节红肿疼痛反复发作23年。患者于1958年10月起双足踝、拇趾,蹠趾关节呈烧灼样疼痛伴红肿,不能行走。对症治疗后症状缓解。半年后,关节疼痛反复急性发作且累及肘、腕、膝以及指间、指掌和趾间关节,其中以左足第四蹠趾和右手第一掌指关节最重。症状逐年加剧,发作季节以冬春为多,每次发作半月至2个月自愈。病时,受累关节灼热肿胀,呈剧烈的钻痛,傍
