压裂液的破胶效果影响压裂液的返排、增产以及对地层的伤害程度。研究了多功能水化剂的破胶机理,与压裂液添加剂的配伍性,破胶性能和伤害性评价。研究结果表明,多功能水化剂与压裂添加剂配伍,压裂液破胶水化彻底。与过硫酸铵做破胶剂对比,多功能水化剂破胶液残渣含量较低,表面张力低,破胶液对岩心渗透率的伤害为16.5%。在延长油田压裂中使用多功能水化剂,累计产油量比常规压裂高,具有良好的经济效益,可以在压裂施工中大规模推广。
The breaking effect of fracturing fluid affects fracturing fluid flowback, stimulation and formation damage. The breaking mechanism of multifunctional hydrating agent, compatibility with fracturing fluid additives, gel breaking property and damage evaluation were studied. The results show that multi-functional hydration agent and fracturing additives compatibility, fracturing fluid broken glue hydration thoroughly. In comparison with ammonium persulfate, the content of broken gel residues in multi-purpose hydrating agent is low, the surface tension is low, and the damage of broken gel solution to core permeability is 16.5%. The multi-purpose hydration agent used in the fracturing of the extended oil field has a higher total oil production than the conventional fracturing, which has good economic benefits and can be widely promoted in the fracturing construction.
