用手操作的液压支架,液压支架的初撑力是凭支架工的操作经验来保证的。但是由于操作时不注意,顶梁上和底座下的浮煤、浮矸、工作面中多架支架的操作等等原因,支架的初撑力往往就达不到额定值。据阳泉矿实测,实际初撑力只有设计的60~80%。为了充分发挥液压支架的支护能力,采煤机械化程度高的国家(包括我国)都在研制保证初撑力的液压系统。本文介绍英国伽立克公司的液压支架用初撑力保证阀,可以作为我国搞液压支架工作者的借鉴。

This article describes the British Galick’s hydraulic support with the first support force to ensure that the valve can be used as a reference for our hydraulic support workers.
