地方政府公信力是指地方政府通过展示政府的理念和目的,实施政府职能及其产生结果赢得公民普遍性信任而拥有的一种权威性资源。这种信任是总体性的信任,而不是一时一事一人的信任。本文在探析地方政府公信力降低的原因,提出提升地方政府公信力的对策,让群众对地方政府重拾应有的信心,让群众自觉地、认真地执行政府的政策。
Local government credibility refers to the local government through the display of the concept and purpose of the government, the implementation of government functions and the resulting results to win the trust of citizens and have an authoritative source of resources. This trust is a general trust, not a one-man trust. This article explores the reasons for the reduction of the credibility of local government, put forward countermeasures to enhance the credibility of local government, so that the masses regain the confidence of local governments, so that the masses consciously and conscientiously implement the government’s policies.
