我科从1987年以来,用烟酰胺静脉滴注治疗各种病因的心脏传导阻滞10例,均收到满意效果。10例中,冠心病4冽;心肌炎后遗症3例;病态窦房结综合征2例;高心病1例。现就其中4例报告如下。 例1 男性,54岁,干部,住院号40511。主因阵发性心悸30余年,伴脉间歇2个月。于1987年10月13日入院。入院后诊为心肌炎后遗症,心律失常,24小时动态心电图(Holter)监测示Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞和Ⅱ度Ⅱ型房室传导阻滞,频繁室性早
Our department from 1987, intravenous infusion of niacinamide treatment of various causes of heart block in 10 cases, have received satisfactory results. 10 cases, coronary heart disease 4 冽; myocarditis sequelae in 3 cases; sick sinus syndrome in 2 cases; 1 case of high heart disease.
