选取河南省三所地方师范院校作为样本,调查分析地方师范院校师范生信息意识、信息知识理论、信息技能及信息道德行为状况。地方师范院校师范生信息素养培养困境的原因包括教育观念落后、信息设施基础差、教师信息素养不高、课程开设存在弊端和教育引导缺乏。有针对性地提出地方师范院校师范生信息素养的培养对策包括观念上重视信息素养教育的作用、加快信息化环境建设、发挥图书馆的信息素养培养作用、更新信息素养课程体系、提高教师信息技术水平以及加强师范生信息技术应用的教育实习。
Three local teachers colleges in Henan Province were selected as samples to investigate and analyze the normal students’ information awareness, information knowledge theory, information skills and information ethics in local normal universities. The reasons for the plight of cultivating information literacy for teachers ’college students in local normal universities include backward educational concepts, poor information infrastructure, poor teachers’ information literacy, lack of opening of courses and lack of guidance in education. The countermeasures to raise the information literacy of normal university students in normal colleges and universities include: emphasizing the importance of information literacy education, speeding up the construction of informatization environment, bringing into full play the role of library information literacy training, updating the information literacy curriculum system and improving the teachers’ information Technical level and strengthen the application of information technology in normal college students internship.
