高炉提高炉压能带来明显的效果。随着炉顶压力的提高,炉顶设备密封面的磨损速度也在加剧,提高料钟的使用寿命已成为当前高压高炉生产中迫切需要解决的问题。作者曾以“组成合金浸润堆焊新工艺的研究及应用”一文(见1985年第6期)介绍了浸润堆焊材料及堆焊工艺的研究,本文着重介绍这一新工艺在堆焊高炉小料钟、料斗上的应用。
