目的:探讨强化社区卫生服务中心检验科质量管理的措施和成效。方法:将医院检验科2015年8月~2016年8月的400次临床检验操作事件作为研究对象,评估强化质量管理开展前后各项科室行为、设施合格率与满意度。结果:强化质量管理开展后安全防护合格率、室间质量合格率、检验项目准确率、科室协同合格率、设备合格率与人员技术合格率,均显著高于开展前(P<0.01);强化质量管理开展后,满意度显著性高于开展前(P<0.01)。结论:强化质量管理在区卫生服务中心检验科中的应用,效果显著。
Objective: To explore the measures and results of strengthening the quality control of laboratory of community health service center. Methods: 400 hospital clinical laboratory operation events from August 2015 to August 2016 in the hospital were taken as the research object to evaluate the behaviors and satisfaction rates of various departments before and after intensive quality management. Results: After passing the development of QMS, the pass rate of safety protection, the passing rate of quality among rooms, the accuracy rate of test items, the rate of scientific and technical cooperation, the qualified rate of equipment and the technical qualification rate of personnel were significantly higher than before (P <0.01) After the quality management, satisfaction was significantly higher than before (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of intensive quality management in the laboratory of district health service center has significant effect.
