目的 :探讨双 J管内引流在上尿路手术中的置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法 :对2 68例复杂性肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄、肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻者在上尿路手术中应用双 J管作内支架和内引流 ,置管时间 1～ 12个月。结果 :术后无伤口感染、漏尿等并发症。结论 :双 J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用 ,操作简单 ,并发症少等优点 ,宜于推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the method, time, indications and complications of double J tube drainage in upper urinary tract surgery. Methods: A total of 688 patients with complicated renal calculus, ureteral calculi, ureteral stricture and ureteropelvic junction obstruction were treated with double J tube for endovascular stent placement in the upper urinary tract. The catheterization time ranged from 1 to 12 months. Results: No postoperative wound infection, leakage of urine and other complications. Conclusion: Double J tube has the dual role of stent and internal drainage, simple operation, less complications and other advantages, should be widely applied.
