噻唑偶氮苯甲酸类染料是近几年新开发的灵敏度较高的一类试剂。日本Furukawa和Shibata首先合成了TAMB,我国学者也相继合成类似的试剂,与金属离子反应都有较高的灵敏度。本文研究的5-溴-噻唑偶氮二甲氨基苯甲酸(5-Br-TAMB)是我们新合成的一种试剂,尚未见报道。我们较详细地考查了它与Ni(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,试验指出,该显色反应在pH 4.0~4.8范围形成蓝色络合物,λ_(max)=620nm,络合物组成为1∶1,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.7×10~4,属灵敏反应。
Thiazole azo benzoic acid dyes are newly developed high sensitivity reagents in recent years. Japan Furukawa and Shibata first synthesized TAMB, our scholars have also synthesized similar reagents, and metal ions have a higher sensitivity. The 5-Bromo-thiazole azidimethylaminobenzoic acid (5-Br-TAMB) studied in this paper is one of our newly synthesized reagents and has not been reported yet. We examined the color reaction conditions with Ni (Ⅱ) in detail. The experiment indicated that the color reaction formed a blue complex with the wavelength of 4.0-4.8, λ max = 620 nm. The complex has the composition of 1: 1, the apparent molar absorptivity ε = 8.7 × 10 ~ 4, is a sensitive reaction.
