一 一年多来,我省在降低住宅建筑造价、提高质量方面做了一些工作。到目前为止,已建成低造价、高质量的住宅十多万平方米。最近,我们对已建成的住宅又进行了调查,听取了多方面的意见,对原设计作了修改,作出了新的设计。新设计的共同特点是,结合了各地区实际情况和群众需要;一般平面布置比较紧凑合理;注意了空间利用;平面系数较高;细部处理也比过去考虑得更适用些,便于群众生活。结构布置比较简单,施工方便;结构构件和建筑构造都进一步注意了节约用料。平均每户投资比设计
Over the past year or so, our province has done some work in reducing the cost of building construction and improving quality. So far, more than 100,000 square meters of low-cost, high-quality residential buildings have been built. Recently, we have conducted surveys on completed homes, listened to various opinions, revised the original design, and made new designs. The common feature of the new design is that it combines the actual conditions of the regions and the needs of the masses; the general layout is more compact and reasonable; attention is paid to space utilization; the plane factor is higher; the detail handling is also more applicable than in the past to facilitate the life of the masses.
