全国第三届农业遥感学术讨论会于1990年8月29日在山西忻州市召开,来自22个省、市,区的科研单位和高等院校70余名代表出席了会议。会议收到学术论文48篇,涉及资源调查和监测,农作物估产,病虫害监测、农业区划、土壤解译、信息系统等方面。此次讨论会在农业遥感密切结合生产、应用向深度发展,与计算机技术相结合和注重基础理论研究四个方面有所深化和拓展。专业委员会主任委员陈德峰作了1987年以来的工作总结,提出了今后工作的建议。陈述彭教授作了题为《农业遥感动态监测》的学术报告。
The Third National Symposium on Agricultural Remote Sensing was held on August 29, 1990 in Xinzhou, Shanxi. More than 70 representatives from scientific research institutes and institutions of higher learning in 22 provinces, cities and districts attended the conference. The conference received 48 academic papers, covering resource investigation and monitoring, crop estimation, pest and disease monitoring, agricultural zoning, soil interpretation, and information systems. The seminar has been deepened and expanded in four aspects: close integration of production with agricultural remote sensing, application of deep development, integration with computer technology and emphasis on basic theoretical research. Chen Defeng, chairman of the Professional Committee, made a summary of the work since 1987 and put forth suggestions for future work. Prof. Peng gave a lecture entitled “Dynamic Monitoring of Agricultural Remote Sensing”.
